There are eight faculties: the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Administrative and Social Sciences, Faculty of Communication, Faculty of Architecture and Design, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, and the Faculty of Medicine, in addition to a language school, two technical schools, and four graduate institutes.

The main campus is located in Beşiktaş, along the Bosphorus waterfront, also known as the Istanbul Strait. The four campuses—Beşiktaş, Göztepe, and Galata—are connected by a free shuttle boat service available to both students and staff.
