• The university or higher education institution you studied abroad must be recognized as equivalent by YÖK (Council of Higher Education). 
• Your transcript, associate degree, and bachelor’s degree diplomas must be accepted by the university. 
• You should also pay attention to the minimum GPA requirement of the university you wish to transfer to.
