1. Parties This text is executed between MERW ACADEMY EĞİTİM HİZ. YAY. VE DAN. SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ(“Company”) and the candidate applying to universities via our website (“Candidate”).
2. Processing and Sharing of Personal Data Your identity (Passport, ID, Blue Card), education (High School Transcript, High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Diploma, Bachelor’s Transcript), and contact information provided within the scope of your application will be processed by the Company solely for the purpose of conducting your application process and will be shared with all universities with which Merw Academy collaborates.
3. Purpose and Scope The Candidate's personal data is processed for the purposes of managing application and placement processes, providing updates, and maintaining communication activities.
4. Explicit Consent Declaration By approving this text, the Candidate gives explicit consent for their personal data to be shared with the specified persons and institutions for the purposes mentioned above.
5. Electronic Approval By clicking the button in the application form containing the statement: “I authorize my information and documents to be shared with the universities contracted with Merw Academy and for applications to be made to these universities on my behalf. I have read and approved the Privacy Policy,” the Candidate is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this explicit consent text in an electronic environment.
6. Retention Period Personal data is stored for the period necessary in line with the requirements of the application process and legal obligations. At the end of this period, the data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Rights of the Candidate The Candidate has rights under the KVKK (Law on the Protection of Personal Data), such as accessing data, correction, requesting deletion, and objecting to the transfer of data.
