To begin your application, first complete the Application Form and upload the required documents. When applying, if you have not yet decided on a university, simply select the departments you wish to apply to.
Once we receive your application, our advisors will contact you via WhatsApp, email or phone to provide information about your application and the entire process (university/department choice, quotas, payment terms, etc.).
Based on your preferences and criteria, our partner universities will send your acceptance letter to your email address. The acceptances sent to you by our universities are non-binding. (You are not obliged to enrol!) You may consider them as offers.
If you are satisfied with the university and department you have been accepted to, you will need to pay your tuition fees into the university's official bank accounts as stated in the offer letter. When paying your tuition fees, you can pay for the entire year at once or start by paying the deposit first.
After making your payment to the university, please remember to share your payment receipt with your advisor via WhatsApp or email. Your advisor will share your receipt with the university to expedite the process.
Once your tuition fee has been received in the university's bank account, the university will send your official acceptance letter to your email address. (Final Acceptance Letter)
You can visit your university with your official acceptance letter and the necessary documents for enrolment and complete your enrolment.

If you plan to apply for the 100% scholarship quota, you must sign a contract with Merw Academy in advance, and payment is required for the 100% scholarship quota.
For Medical, Dentistry, and Pharmacy faculties, Blue Card holders or Turkish citizens applying to certain universities may be charged consultancy fees during placement. (This does not apply to all universities.)
Merw Academy – The Foreign Student Center has special agreements with universities. Through these agreements, discounted annual tuition fees are offered exclusively to students.
Your acceptance letters will be sent to you by the universities’ foreign student / international student office.
Applications are only valid for students who are eligible to benefit from the foreign student quota.
If you are only a Turkish citizen, you must have completed your entire high school education abroad. (You must have studied grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 abroad.)
Dual citizenship students can benefit from the foreign student quota.
After you make the deposit payment to the university account specified in your offer letter and send us the receipt, you will receive the Official Acceptance Letter (Final Acceptance Letter) within a few days.
This letter confirms that you are officially a student of the university and can be used as an invitation for visa purposes. Please make sure to bring your Final Acceptance Letter with you when completing your registration.
